Refund policy

Flower Hut always sources the freshest and the best quality flowers from leading flower growers and wholesalers. Please note flowers are perishable goods and the life-span of the flowers are dependent on the season, variety, environment, placement and care of the flowers.

Depending on the variety, environment, and care, your flowers generally lasts between 5-7 days. If you are not sure on how to care for your flowers, please contact us and our friendly staff will be happy to guide you.

If you feel your flowers have lasted less than 3-4 days, please contact us by calling or emailing us (with photos). Our friendly staff will assist you. To ensure quality control is in place, we may request to collect the original flowers.
